Recruitment Process

Job Description
Once we finalize job description and full details, we can start job posting and checking with our existing database of CV's.

Screening
JTCCS will contact each individual applicant for screening. Only the most appropriate candidates are sent to employer.
03.
Interviews
JTCCS facilitates scheduling and coaching of each candidate to make sure they present themselves accordingly and on time.
04.
Job Offer Letter
Once confirmed, a job offer letter shall be prepared by employer for the candidate to sign in order to accept the position.
05.
Full-Time Employment
After probation, the employee shall be presented by the employer a full-time employment contract.
